Belma M. Hall, 69, of Acton, died on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Maine Medical Center in Portland.
Belma was born to Violet Gammon on December 22, 1951 in Waterboro where she grew up and attended local schools. In 1978 she married Robert L. Hall and together they shared 42 years of marriage. During her working life she held several jobs including working at Springfield Press and Machinery where she was employed for many years and at G and G Machine in Springvale where she also stayed for many years until her retirement.
Belma loved to knit, crochet and do many different types of crafts during her spare time. She was a doting grandmother and cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren. She was also and animal lover and was particularly fond of her pets. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be dearly missed.
Surviving are her husband, Robert L. Hall of Acton; two children, Raymond Ham and his wife Helen of Acton and Michelle Martineau and her husband Michael of Acton; nine grandchildren, Bryant Martineau, Brandon Martineau, Michael Martineau, Jr., Tyler Martineau, Lacie Martineau, Corey Martineau, Hunter Ham, Ryleigh Ham and Wynter Ham; three great-grandchildren, Kinley Martineau, Samantha Martineau and Brooklyn Martineau; two siblings, Lorraine and Kathy and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no services held at this time. A celebration of life will be held in the spring at a date to be announced.
