Brenda L. Adams, 62, of Acton, Maine passed away at her residence on April 17, 2021 with her family by her side.
She was born on February 8, 1959 to Lionel and Julie (York) Landry at the Kittery Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Kittery. During her childhood, she attended local Catholic schools. Later in life she attended schools in Ashland and Sanford, Maine.
She was employed in Sanford by many local businesses and was very proud of the abilities to excel at doing piece work for the local shoe shop. Later on, she was a graduated ship fitter apprentice at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. She continued her career at the shipyard where she met her husband Charles.
In her free time she enjoyed playing cards with family and friends and had hobbies from crocheting and sewing, to stained glass. She enjoyed making her Christmas gifts. Brendy, mother, wife, mimi, sister, aunt or friend enjoyed life. Her homes were always welcoming to family and friends with a nice smile, warm heart and a lasting impression, which was returned to her 10 fold. She had a love of animals, many different pets with stories of them all. She was proud of her family. With strong values; she raised four children, starting motherhood at the age of 18.
Brenda was preceded in death by her father, mothers and two brothers.
